"Special and stylish presents"
I really enjoy sending these special and stylish presents to my good buddy over the ocean (I’m not based in the UK)! Sadly, this shipment arrived a day later than planned, and one of my items was replaced with another without me being informed… but I’m still a huge fan of the variety and ease of ordering.

"Great Service, Awesome Packaging, and Nice Gifts"
I got some gifts from Happy Box for my sister's birthday. The delivery was super quick, really going above and beyond. She adored the Bees' Wax Vanilla candle, the Pillow mist, and the Truffles. But honestly, what impressed her the most was the packaging; she ended up using it for everyday stuff.

"Satisfied Shopper from Down Under"
I got a custom happy box sent from Melbourne, Australia, to my daughter up in northern UK. It showed up right on the date I picked, the way it was presented was stunning, the items were top-notch, and my daughter was thrilled with it. I'd surely recommend this!

"Still no delivery, but customer service was nice"
The package didn’t arrive at first. I reached out to THB. They took down a local phone number and promised to tell the courier to message the recipient. As anticipated, nothing occurred, and we’re still on hold for the delivery. The representative I talked to was really helpful. But… This was a get well gift sent from Australia to my daughter who just had a major operation.

"Amazing products and a great experience!"
A buddy of mine just returned to the UK from San Francisco, and I thought I'd lend a hand to ease the stress a bit. I put together a delightful box filled with fancy little goodies, and she can't stop raving about it! The quality of the gifts was fantastic, and the packaging turned out to be even prettier than I had anticipated. The package showed up right on schedule, and I got updates on the delivery. "Beautiful Spa Gift Set from Ritual"
I got the Ritual box via Perkbox since it was a prize for being 'Employee of the Month'.
There was a hiccup with the code that stopped me from placing the order for the ritual box.
But once Perkbox handed the problem over to Happy Box London, my order was dispatched fast and smoothly. The product was delightful, especially the packaging.
